Hi I’m Lynée!

I’m the Founder of HEAL GOOD COLLECTIVE and former commercial real estate professional turned sound healer, energy coach and psychic intuitive. I spent 15 years immersed in the corporate hustle of NYC and due to the combination of an extremely demanding career, complete burnout, and hitting rock bottom through resurfaced childhood trauma, I was completely cornered into my healing journey. I was physically and mentally fried, had no boundaries, and my body was so taxed I couldn’t get pregnant; I knew something had to give and I was desperate to feel good. With nothing to lose, I sought the help of all kinds of healers from traditional talk therapy, to shamanic energy workers, reiki masters, acupuncturists, body workers, to sound therapists, and began to heal for the first time in my life.

Through my own personal exploration of healing deep trauma, I rediscovered my own intuitive gifts that I had buried. The more I leaned into healing myself, my capacity to hold safe space for others to heal became exponentially stronger and my psychic intuition sharpened. Sound therapy was my most transformative healing modality and I was so moved by it that I became a certified practitioner in 2017 and HEAL GOOD COLLECTIVE was born.

Now, nearly seven years and extensive training later, I take pride in guiding ambitious professionals into nervous system recalibration through my intuitive sound healing programs and retreats. I work with psychic intuition and sound frequency to help my clients create enormous change and manifest their biggest dreams. I also launched HGC Wellness in 2022 and made our offerings available to corporate teams so we can nip burnout and toxic workplace culture in the bud on a much larger scale.

My private client base ranges from those healing through deep trauma looking to dive deeper and shift their energy, to people suffering through burnout and seeking energetic replenishment, to women on their fertility journeys looking to prepare their mind-body-spirit and call in their little one(s). We have welcomed 19 babies (and counting) earthside, including my own, over the past 4 years!

My philosophy is that everyone has the power to heal themselves, and also, that healing is a continual journey that we choose to step into when we are ready to create big change for ourselves. My passion lies in holding safe, sacred, and honest space for those ready to shift their energy and heal.
